On the consulting side, I plan to develop what I’m calling the Digital Practices Assessment. I would sit down with the key players on the executive and marketing team to go through an extensive assessment of what they are already doing on the digital marketing and communications front. Why they are doing it? What is it that they are not doing? Is there any reason they are not doing that? Then I’d be able assessing what kind of opportunities I see are on the table for them based on where they are at this current juncture.
I also anticipate that part of the consulting side would be strategic planning. So on one side there will be Digital Practices Assessment. The other side would involve creating an implementation team that would work strategically to manage any kind of execution of the ideas.
